Half way through the game when Steam automatically applied a patch yesterday, now I get 'Couldn't Create Render' error. Everything was working well before.
Since I got the error I have done the following and have had no success.
1.) Updated video driver.
2.) Re-installed Physics.
3.) Added Short-cut, Checked 'Disable desktop composition' and 'Run as Administrator'.
4.) Changed the desktop resolution.
5.) Ran the support tool, everything passed.
6.) Disabled SLI
Running:
Win7 x64
Intel Quad core 2.8Mhz
8GB DDR3 Ram
2X Nvidia GX 260 850Mb
Please help, I would like to continue to play this game.

[UPDATE]
It appears that this is an issue dual-monitor setup. If I turn off one of the monitors, the game starts up fine.
