I am impressed with the level of support received here by both myself and others, especially the turn-around people have experienced with their savegames being fixed and the level of concern shown by the devs when it comes to fixing bugs. And I wasn't even bribed to say that!
Seriously, though, it is good and in marked contrast to what is often the case elsewhere.
