Raze, a member of this forum also mentioned more than 1 time (I read) you CAN go into to crypt too if the guards are somewhere else (you will find them later fighting a big Troll
)
... and IF you met them by fighting a Troll, you must try to be fast and speak to the guards (one of them can help you I suppose) and/or Mindread one of them (I'm not sure which way, talk or mindreading too).
If you successed, you can go into the crypt near the church in brocken Valley Village
