Hey

So I've been having some problems with the "The murders in the Rue Lanilor" quest which seems to lead to clue II(of what I read on these forums).

I started the quest went into the 1st and 2nd room, found the piece of flesh or something, showed it to the woman there and went to doctor west as told. Now I started doing all kinds of other quests and totally forgot what West told me, the quest states:

Nasty Necrolysis
Doctor West informed me the piece of flesh comes from a "natural undead", a very rare type of creature, not seen in Aleroth for decades.

I don't know if he took the flesh? but its no longer in quest items as far as I can see.
Even doesn't give any additional options when talking to her now, neither do the guards of the 3rd room. Mindread them all > nothing.

What am I supposed to do now?

ps apologies if this is findable somewhere on the forum but I tried and didn't find anything resolving my issue.

The guards will only have a reaction if you confront them about evidence you find in both room 1 and room 2, did find stuff in room 1?

Okay somehow I managed to miss the pig in the corner....
Was hours and hours of playtime and a few days ago since I did any part of this quest, figured I managed to do something with that piece of flesh or missed a hint in something West said.

I have a problem with the dust i found...I cannot talk to the alchemist.I made the mistake of talking again to her uncle's ghost before I got the perfume from her.I didn't give me an option to tell him to wait.The only dialog option was something in the like of "I lost it somewhere".He left and his quest failed.But now whenever i try to talk to her she just tells me that the perfume is not ready without opening a dialog box so i cannot ask her about the dust in the the prince's room?

I am I missing sth or is it a bug?

Did you talk to Eve after finding the dust?

Yup...I did....

I'm just past that, and stuck..



What comes next? What do I need to do to "bring them together", so to speak?

Do you remember what you were told about what the dust is used for? That would clue you in on what next to do.

In the first room, you've found the strange alloy. Then, head to Gafannon. He will tell you something about the alloy. Now that you've visited Dr.West, you can directly head to the two guide outside the third room. After entering the room, you will find new clue(I've forgotten what it is). Head to Chanelle, the alchemist. She will give you an item. Use it and you will find a small button on the wall. Press it.
