Hello I am relatively new with the game and just got to 7th level. I finally got some items that have a charm slot. Unfortunately, I went to put the charm in the item, but it says that I can't do that. Is there an ability I need to do that? Is there a vendor/NPC that does that? Or am I just doing it wrong. Thanks in advance.
