I finished most quests, only one remaining which I do not know whether I can finish it.

I just leveled to 43 by killing some respawned ennemies in a house.
I'm wondering if there is any interesting respawning area for 43+ level character.

I suspect there's no true respawn areas in the game - there seems to be a limit to the number of times that they do respawn. For example, it's been a while since I saw any undead in Crows Nest, although they used to respawn a lot.
