...these enchants always do negligible damage compared to what I can do with my own spells...
When I encountered Bellegar down at the Vault, I had 0.3 regens on all my jewelry, coupled with L-10 Retribution and Static, and I simply stood there and watched his life go down in a matter of minutes. They do lot more than "negligible" damage. Of course I had lots of points in Retaliation and this was in easy mode (I was recording his rhymes).
