Kein veteran Joined: Aug 2009 Location: Soviet Empire	The upgrade reduces the amount of requires materials to enchant. AFAIR, it does not stock with the smith' bonus tho, it's a bug I guess. may be it was fixed in DKS, I'm not sure.
