P.S. I just leveled up and added Polymorph skill; the new skill is not available to me, nor can I move it to the quickslot, although I can click the quickslot; the slot will highlight, but the spell will not move to its assigned slot...
You cannot use, activate or hotkey skills unless you have at least 1 point in them. You never said that you assigned any points to that spell.
