I must admit, with a little less capslock, that I am in agreement. I have a skewed perspective on this franchise apparently, because being in America, I honestly have heard nothing about it and had to search it out. I have bought and played every Divinity since the first one way back (for that matter the 'Warrior' song has been on my driving mix for years. I can't listen to it while driving across the Arizona desert, because I enter a trance and get afraid that I'll crash).
Anyway, IGN still has this expansion listed as pending, Steam randomly had it one day with very little fanfare (although being on the front display is pretty good). So I'm curious, is this series doing well enough in this updated system to keep going? ***SPOILER*** The fact that Damian wasn't there and it is blatantly mentioned he's not, obviously an expansion or sequel is necessary ***SPOILER END***
The site is flaunting all these wonderful reviews, and yet none of the major gaming sites seem to have noticed, and gamefaqs is generally empty as well. Why is that anyway? Are sales going well I hope? I honestly saw so little about Divinity 2 at its original release, when I beat it, of course, I was terrified it hadn't sold well enough to consider a continuation and leave us hanging for eternity... literally and figuratively.
