I need to resurrect this thread.
I've received the game "Divinity 2 - Dragon Knight Saga" German retail version yesterday on Christmas eve and loaded the newest patches from this page before running the game:

When I started the game, I was TRULY shocked about the performance. I thought to myself "This can't be!". After decreasing all graphic details without any effect to the positive, I've started searching the web for my issue. And then I found this very thread and debate. Oh my god, if I had known that there's a 30 frames cap in the game...:(
To make a long story short, I want to escpae from the 30 FPS cap. I don't have a high-end gaming computer to play with 30 frames, it's unbearable. It's really unbearable. I tried to cope with it, but no way.
Well, I've read the whole thread but the
Hotfix for the frame cap, uploaded by a Larian member around a month ago, isn't online anymore. The weblink leads to nowhere.
Please help me: How can I switch off the 30 FPS cap on my PC!? What do I need to do? I'm able to edit datas and xmls, so I'll do anything what is needed. But I can't continue to play the game with 30 FPS. It's an insult to my eyes.
It's just not acceptable.
BTW, there's no Config.XML and globalswitches.xml in my /Data folder. I've updated the game 12 hours ago, so I guess I have the patch 2 without the "Beta" status.
