This bug has been fixed and will be included in a future patch. This bug occurs when you destroy his generator before having the initial conversation with him.
Send your savegame to support@larian.com and I'll see if I can fix this for you. At the very least I can enable your dragonstone again (since it's disabled for the Xanlosch fight).
