Okay my character is level 29 clearing out Raze's Flying Fortress, I have looked at multiple maps where the hunter set is and these items simple aren't there. Is my game bugged? Do I have to do some certain quest for them to appear? Do the items spawn in the chests on each platform or do the sit on the ground somewhere? For example in my game on the island where the ring supposedly is there isn't a chest at all... Thanks for the help getting extremely frustrated.
