She never shows up in Aleroth. Not in the current expansion with the current patch anyway.

I'd like to close by quoting Bellegar's famous last rhyme:

"Cursed be the mother that bred thee!
The wench must have been a hell-spawned banshee!"

Probably because most of us killed her!

*oops* Did I say that out loud? I'd be none to happy to meet someone in Aleroth that I had already... dispatched.

You will not meet her in Aleroth in the 'old' ED, if that is your concern. As for DKS or FoV, I do not yet know the answer to that.

I was somewhat disappointed to find that when starting FoV, the NPC's I had originally chosen from Sentinel Island were not there, other than the necro and the herbalist. Kind of liked my woman-who-kicked Kenneth's ass as my trainer. Kenneth is the one they have at FoV.

Oh well, whatcha' gonna do? Start over! laugh See what they've done w/ the 'old' ED and how much will be able to slide nicely into FoV.

She does get a mention by some of her cohorts, though I don't recall exactly what they said.

That's quite odd: I still had all the correct trainers. If this was a continuation of your ED game, I dare say the support guys might be interested to hear about it...

That is very odd indeed. After the transition from DKS into FoV with my own character, all my picks remained at the Tower. But, when I started a stand alone FoV game with a premade character, they were a different preset.

I should clarify, I guess. I played ED before FoV ever came out. In fact, they were working on FoV. I then bought the DKS, and made a new character. I was just surprised at who was chosen for the 'pre-set', as I thought the ones I chose were definitely better! I mean, really, Kenneth for a trainer? The captain kicks his butt when you let them duel it out!

Anyway, it's not anything the support folk need to know. It wasn't a true "loss" of information, as it was my 'old' ED choices. I would think that the pre-set trainer would be the who always wins a duel, for instance.

I am currently working on a DKS ED character so I can transition to DKS VoV w/ my new character. I've read enough on these forums that I am well aware some major changes were made to the original game. Though I spent more hours than I can count playing old ED, I see it as my duty to invest many more hours playing a revamped ED, since the devs took time to revamp it-- not just that, but that they used our suggestions in remastering it and in the expansion! That's just awesome in my book. Therefore, I must follow my duty! Even if it takes me many hours, 'slaving' away over the mouse and keyboard and checking every nook and cranny of the world. laugh

All best,
~~CierraShore
