The game does have a heal ability and a health regen ability combined with lifetap ability and a bunch of jewerly pieces that have healing regen on them .You may have pushed to fast and did take advantage of the game mechanics . Im assuming your talking about the fight with yergana i was lvl 46 when i fought her and the other guy .
