I would say no chance at all - the Gamebryo engine has never been adapted for 3D in any previous game that used it (Oblivion, Fallout 3 etc). I agree that it almost works (Fallout 3 was probably the best) but I think there are fundamental incompatibilities that make it difficult or impossible to remove the last few glitches.

Dragon Age is the only RPG I've found that runs 'perfectly' in 3D (apart from status bubbles appearing at screen depth, but that's pretty common and doesn't bother me).
