Anyway, when I say "keep it high" I mean to spend much Skill Points on the ability Itself...those skills have to be at least at 5/6, the other at 2/3...
I suggest to complete the Quest: A Hunt We Shall Go BEFORE leaving Broken Valley...you'll get Jurak's Armor, a very good Armor (the mission can be completed even after leaving Broken Valley, but do it before killing Lord Laiken)

Abot the level, I reached the 35° with the Mage, but I know that some people have reached Level 45 *_*

There's no Blacksmithing, only Weapon/armor enchantment laugh
