First vote was for Mass Effect 2. A very good game... But hardly a RPG. I'd change my vote if it was now.
While the RPG-style decision-making stuff is there, the stats and upgrading weren't as much there as the original. ME2 was more of a shooter w/ RPG elements than the other way around with Mass Effect 1 (RPG w/ some shooter elements).
I still think by far ME2 was the better game.
