There is no special way to take out the nests, though if you have a save before entering and left some things undone, another level wouldn't hurt (34 should still be fine, though).
Are you already playing on easy? If not, try lowering the difficulty, at least temporarily.
Try flying around for a bit, and take out the memory eaters with Fire Sphere. When they are thinned out a bit you should have an easier time. See below:
