We are still waiting for an official release announcement from the North American publisher, for the Xbox version of DKS and the physical PC release in the US. A couple weeks ago Larian reported that they were in the process of finalizing the deal (all of the North American publishers wanted to wait for sale results from the rest of the world before making a commitment). All we know now is it should be out Q1 of this year.
If you are in the UK, DKS has been released, but as of a week ago Lar reported that the publisher was sold out for the game, and since some retailers were in the middle of doing inventory and not making any new orders that it may take a couple weeks to for them to restock.
