Larian Studios Forums Divinity II The Dragon Knight Saga / Flames of Vengeance (English) Help/Tips/Tricks Right after battle tower? (potential spoilers)

After I get my battle tower for the first time, am I supposed to go right to orobas fjords? I took the portal there but I can't go anywhere except near where I port to because there are no dragon zones all over. Am I supposed to go right to the Primordial Cave? I went in there and the enemies are all level 23 and I am only level 21. Am I missing something?
