Okay, so I was wondering, when you look at the preview for Fire Sphere the dragon in that is shooting 20+ fire balls at once. Is that even avalible in the game or is it the "dramatization" act? Cause if so, that's torture!
AND... can the dragon skills be upgraded like whirlwind, explosive arrows, mana effeciency, etc. can? If not, why?!

It is a 'dramatization'. The preview videos for the skills ignore cooldown times, as well as limits (IIRC the Master Summon skill shows a couple summoned creatures at once, etc).

Dragon skills can not be upgraded in D2:ED. Apparently there are additional dragon skills/levels of some type in the add-on FoV, though.
