Larian Studios Forums Divinity II The Dragon Knight Saga / Flames of Vengeance (English) Divinity II - Flames of Vengeance Stuck ... need some help

So I'm stuck right now after completing the majority of the quests in the city in Flames of Vengeance but I can't for the love of me figure out how to:

Find Clue I for the main quest
Find Clue II for the main quest

I found clues III, IV and V but the first two .... >_<

Can anyone walk me through where to go to initiate the first and second clue sub-quests, please?

Ahhh yes, I figured the inn would be one of the clues.

About the second one ... the necromancer identified "it" but now I don't know how to proceed with it. The guards still do not let me through and Eve doesn't tell me anything new

You're welcome yes they're are quite a lot of quests it could useful (if not mandatory). If I replay it, I may think about boosting "mindread" skill to know everything ^^

I have everything but Clue V, where did you find that? Also, I am looking for these different colored orbs. I have white snow, fire god, violet blast, moss rat and blue moon. What do I do with them? I know they have something to do with the runes on the floor in the pit. How do they match up?

Use your clues("activate" the item you aquired during that quest to read the clue) to match the specific orb to their corresponding runes.

I have figured out the sequence mostly, just need to know where to find Clue V. Clue V has directly to do with the Rune Handles quest.
Shield Rune = Blue Moon: Halliwell's Pendant
Gold Rune = Violet Blast: Zombie Jack's Ring
Death Rune = Moss Rat: Gula's Book
Snake Rune = Fire God: Engineer's Sword
Mountain Rune = White Snow: Maxos Bracelet

Yes, did you find all the levers? If you did, you must go back to the runes, memorize their order and telling it to a dragon statue down there. If you don't... well, I don't know whicch one you miss.
