I pretty much finished the quest (Save his girlfriend from General Luxurious) but now I can't find him to get my reward. The only direction I have is "Upper City" which I assume means he could be anywhere from the Market to Lanilor Lane to the Shrine and to the elevator down to Mardaneus Plaza. I've scoured for his stupid ? head everywhere and can't find him. Where is he!

He should be back in his house in Lanilor Lane (along with his rescued girlfriend). It's the house with several people living there - including the guy that tried to unleash the undead monster on the guard. Just follow the trail of food back from where the undead monster is caged, and it should lead you straight to the door.

I let him keep his finger, so it's possible that he might be somewhere else if you did the quest the other way.

Keep his finger? What the hell? Wow, that's a pretty weird quest diversion.

Anyway I assumed he would be outside or in a house labelled "Tom's House" on the map, never considered the Cozy Home. Thanks a lot.
