That's right. Stupid game gave me a New Quest message ... but never gave me a failure message on that. So once I killed the second of the three (Mysus), it moved the whole thing to Failed. That sucks! What poor programming, forcing you to do these side quests in a certain order, so you then get the option to succeed. Do the wrong order, and you fail automatically as you don't even know you have that choice. Pathetic.
