No. You can (permanently) add charms to equipment if you need to augment certain stats, but there is no way to redistribute stat points you've already applied. Once I was up enough levels, and didn't particularly need to boost anything, I kept a few stat points in reserve in case I ran into trouble later. Depending on where you are in the game it may not be terribly difficult to simply adjust your stats as you level.
