Yeah, in that screenshot I turned everything off and every adjustible setting is on its lowest (except resolution).
I think it's specifically the moving fog texture missing (it sits on a plane, at a certain height in the game world, only in the flying fortress), along with some others in the background.
Here's another video... it's not very good because I kept getting attacked, but I think it shows what I'm talking about.
