Usually you guys are really awesome about quick replies to Support e-mails (the first time I sent a save game your way, last July, I had it back and repaired in under 12 hours)... is this a thing that can happen? I sent it Sunday night and I really want to get playing again, but I'm on hold until I get back an answer. And I'm on hold right before a fight I always hated*, so I need to know so I don't do it twice.

(*The demon in the Well of High Hall. I'm not so good at dragon fights.)
