Isn't it amazing how different people's opinions can be?
I think FoV is better than ED, especially because the area is more confined and the quests are very good. The level scaling was also implemented very well. I'm generally against it, but here it worked.
The only thing I didn't like was the escort mission at the end. It felt tacked on. Thank god it was rather easy with a lot of pausing - but still at least 50% too long. Which highlights a typical Larian problem: Too much of everything. I would have loved for ED to be 20 or 30 hours shorter.
