Does the 'Dwarven Sign' do anything? It's in the Dwarven Bread Inn, on the wall in one of the rooms. It looks like a shield with a hammer in the middle. The help text says it's empty but when you click on it, the hammer disappears (I can't find it in my inventory afterwards).
