Whoever does the cooking has to wash dishes! I had to institute that because the children decided they like cooking, leaving me with a HUGE mess. . . if you're gonna play, then ya gotta take some hits.
In real life, that means if you're gonna cook, you're gonna also help clean up!
But methinks you're referring to a different kind of washing....
