It seems to be from using RunFirst. I tried changing the resolution and the font patch, but neither worked. Maybe I won't need to use RunFirst with the GOG version. I know it worked well for sound issues with my disc version of the game.

I went to config.lcl file to change the "startup logo" so I could enable the first cutscene to run when I star up the game, now that it works! It said "start up logo 0"
What should it say for the movies to run? I tried putting a "1" after it, as well as leaving no number at all after it, but neither seemed to work. Thanks again

Edit - I'm trying a fresh install to see what I have first
