The developer cheats were removed before the game was released (see
here). Something like CheatEngine can freeze your hitpoints or give unlimited potions or gold, but I don't think there is anything which (for Hagatha) would allow your character to jump or teleport beyond what can normally be done in the game, or (for Stabbey) could give more camera control or remove the main character / UI, etc.
