I'd definitely recommend CheatHappens - of course, you need to pay for membership to get their latest trainers, but as legionagel said they get them out really fast (it was <12 hours for the Dead Space 2 trainer).
And the main thing is that because they (mostly) write their own trainers, you can actually TRUST them. Trainers (by their very nature) behave like viruses, 'hijacking' the running game, so you generally have to bypass your security features in order to use them.
Personally I think that anyone who downloads and runs a trainer from an untrusted source is an idiot. Sure, most of them may be ok, but it only takes one trainer with a nasty payload to hijack your system.
I don't even trust the CheatHappens trainers that they didn't write themselves (e.g. the ones you can download for free without membership) - even though they're supposedly 'vetted'. I may be overly cautious in this respect, but I had a bad experience with one such trainer for Darksiders (which I was fortunately saved from by Norton file insight) - this experience was what propmpted me to pay the CheatHappens membership fee in the first place.
Edit: oh, and regarding the original topic - I found jumping was a problem until I realised I had to hit the 'jump' key before the directional key (by about half a second) to do a standing jump. After that, I had no problems.
