Broken Valley has few enemies compared to the "real" Flying Fortresses.
Then again, the first is the hardest. Stone's (funnily the easiest apparently, I would say hardest 0_0) really got me good. But I gained 5 levels mopping up, and it was a breeze from then onwards.
