Using the latest patch, obviously.

I have found that my Throne Room music is "stuck" on omnious. If I change it, then later return, omnious it is. I think it should stick to the latest used, right?

Also, "Rumble Slav" (or something like that) I can only run twice. Once in ED, once in FoV. After that, if I return (omnious again) and select that option, it keeps the old music.
With the others it at least changes, although it's back to omnious if I got anywhere else.

So... help?

Doesn't the bard mention in his conversation that he is working on the 'ominous' piece? It seems reasonable that would be the default music.

Some people have run into a problem (in D2:ED and DKS) where if they leave the throne room before a musical selection has completed playing it will not be available again (some people had that happen just with specific pieces, some with any).

Xbox 360 long loading times (Heather Li reports a similar music problem a few posts down)

I didn't save and load in FoV.
The leaving part may be it though, it's a long piece and obviously I don't stick around all the time to listen.
It's just odd it's ONLY that piece. All others play fine. And that it worked again once when starting FoV before immediately breaking again.

It would be interesting to hear what other pieces of music these people had issues with. Alas, your linked thread don't say.

I don't see the names of the throne room music listed in D2:ED (North American Xbox version), but the title you mentioned seems familiar. Try checking the name and then searching the D2:ED forums (neither Rumble or Slav turn up any hits).

I already found the Soundtrack, and it includes the track.

Still would be nice to have it ingame too though.
