Forgotten Star Belt of the Magic Gods +0.09 mana
NONE of these items apply the mana bonus listed... in fact there are others as well and to not have items that increase your mana regen rate kinda sucks. I have come acros ones that do apply the bonus, but they seem to be the exception, not the rule.
