GOOD! I'm NOT nuts, and it's apparently not to do with my save-state either by the looks of things.... was concerned it might be my save that was corrupting the game somehow.
I've also noticed a couple of items that don't apply the HP regen boost, but those are much mort rare and haven't come across one since I started documenting the error.
