That is how it is listed in Lancet's
Dragon Knight Saga FAQ/Guide, and what I got. Presumably the skill bonuses on equipment are limited to two levels, and it was easier to add an extra skill entry than to make an exception in order to improve the Wisdom bonus from the Talisman of the North.
