Two simple questions-
1> Does Vacca's Gem do anything, other than playing "Dangle the Carrot" with Vacca when you're done with his quest?
2> Mindreading the Hermit he talks about a something a "doggie by the sea with the arrow" ate. Where is the doggie in question? [at first i thought it was the one by Sassan's Grave/above the 'Sibling Rivalry' cave.)
