does anyone know what your supposed to get for putting the books on the pedastals? i put all 3 books on the pedastals and i cant pick them back up so i think there in the correct order but didnt get anything for it

You can remove the books again (or could in D2:ED, anyway), but you need good aim to select the book rather than the pedestal. The order is related to the candle holders beside the pedestals.

When you get it right, a chest will appear - I think the loot is random, but it's good (I got some Unique items, e.g. one step higher than Epic). Make sure to solve the other puzzle in this cave (climbing past the fireballs) to get another awesome chest...

Okey I have Litterly been looking for over a hour for the 3 books where are they located they arnt on the pedistools they arnt on the totem so i am lost please help its driving me nuts

nvm my game glitched and wasnt letting me go down one more lvl i got it
