I also think it's a "display" issue only .
But not totally sure because spending more and more points into Intelligence my Mana reg. goes higher and higher ... and I don't take further attention on this matter ...
But putting points in Intelligence then there's absolutely no problem : the MP reg changed each time. So it's only a "equipment with MP reg" problem .
A display issue, like it is also with the Enchantment Formula of "Spontaneous Combusion" : I read "Weapon Enchantment" on it while I can only put that Enchantment on Yewellery !
