How do you enter Crowell House?

Talk to the ghost in the Grand Market Square, he'll ask for your assistance to avenge him. He'll open up Crowley House in Crow's Nest-- don't forget to loot the key off his corpse (in Grand Market Square).

I have got into the house now, how do you get into the cage and the dining room? Thank you
