can't find it and can i just walk through the barrier to go to hall of mines and same with harbor quests? fly to the barrier and just drop in?? very confused. i have all the ship parts and also want to comp;ete the crabbe quest and i read some where that there are flying ships you can leval up in. but i havn't tried any of them because of the barriers. i thought i was supposed to turn them off.. any help would be great thanks!!!
