I did the following:
Started a new female char and looked at the stats right after the conversation with Rhode. 133 points spend.
Started a mew male char and looked at the stats right after the conversation with Rhode. 133 spend.
Both characters had all stats at
1 AFTER the conversation with Morgana and had the same state
BEFORE talking to Morgana.
No bug, no glitch. Just me not paying attention and jumping to a conclusion that wasn't there
