I was just wondering if anyone else noticed how short the game is? The box says "2 full adventures totaling over 100 hours of gameplay". Now, I know I missed a few things (minor stuff like the killer bunny), but I did all quests in each area and Zeppelin escort with less than 10 hours into FoV. Even if it takes an hour to do the ending of the game, I will still finish in under 50 hours (and that includes wandering around lost for about 3 hours of so).
And, why is FoV so short? I know it was meant to be originally part of the game but was left out (which in my opinion should not have happened to begin with, a game should be released only when finished, not forcing people to pay for the final act of the game on top of buying the original).
Am I the only one who has finished this so soon? One of the reasons I bought it was it included both and I thought it was going to be along adventure. 50 hours is nowhere near short, but also only half of what was promised on the box.
I know this sounds like griping, but it is partly because I am writing this during the midst of frustration caused by the Zeppelin escort mission, which is a giant pain in the ass and may cause me to not finish the game. Guess I just had to vent and take a break, so I came here to see if I could be of help.

FoV was not intended to be part of the original release.

Anyone Played For 100 Hours?

In the original release just the D2:ED section of the game took me 75 hours, exploring everywhere and doing all the quests. IIRC Larian's official (conservative) estimate was 40 hours for D2:ED and 20 for FoV. The publisher for DKS was less conservative in their playtime estimate. Playstyle, thoroughness, difficulty level, etc, can vary the time it takes to finish the game.

That's what I thought. I know it sounded like I was blasting the game, but I was taking a break from the Zeppelin escort at a time when I was frustrated with it, so I came her to find help and check out a few threads, and started venting.
I really do love this game, which is why I bought it twice. I admit, I play on Casual (I kept getting killed waaaay to easy in ED), but still have loads of fun. Right after finishing the game, I created a new character and started a new one (only to get the missing achievements, but it'll still be fun to get there).

Edit: Oh, and I never even saw that other thread, but I posted a nicer comment in there. I was gonna edit my original one here, but "what is said cannot be taken back", as it were. I hate editing to take things out.
