I never assigned any skill points to Blind/Curse/Charm, etc, because i didn't like the whole "target enemy upto level XX" aspect. why bother, if you're just gonna kill them? not to mention since i'd allocate the points to more physical abilities, by the time i could potentially allocate points, the maximum enemy level is well below my characters and everything else is usually around my level so it's a waste of skill point.
the only time "I" allocate a skill point, if when i read the mind of the proprietor of the brothel in Aleroth via FoV... w00t skill point, meh to it being assigned to Charm.
