my birthday was not as super as i would like it to be. however it's not too bad either. it was about 1am or something like that on my birthday that i got a call to visit my uncle who's in critical condition in the hospital. was there till about 4am.
once i got back, i hit the bed but my eyes wouldn't close. took a while then i did. & abruptly woken by a call from another uncle who asked me to join him for breakfast, which i did.
the day was spent worrying about the critically sick uncle. it was good my badminton session was on the evening so it helped me get things off my mind & to sweat the worry off.
after the game, me & my mates went for supper which i treated them a bit. if u like grilled squids with spicy paste, well i wish u were here. that night, the dude who grilled the squids for us did it extra well & the paste was extra spicy & therefore extremely good. <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/up.gif" alt="" />
yeah, a very humble birthday. nevertheless thinking of my uncle makes me thankful of what i have in life. i never know when it's going to be my turn in his shoes.
& since this is the new year for old me, i would like to thank all my friends here for sticking around with me & being my buddies. all of u are very precious people & therefore a shower of blessing in my humble life.
