I did discover the sleeping adventurers, although I had to jump my way up a cliff to do so. I only found them because I was trying to get to the ruins for Bellegar and couldn't find another way around. Surprisingly, I actually had what I needed to wake all three (even the apples).
I also was able to scare away the fortune teller, which I didn't do the first time through (and which was connected to an achievement.
I now only have one achievement left to get, and it is (obviously) for something I never found the first time through. Gotta get through Sentinel Island first, though, so we'll see what I find here.
