Larian will be attending a venue called gameland in Belgium 10-11th sept. and on its site they say that Larian will reveal something soon on the site of the venue.
Maybe project E?
Might be but don't Larian also make games for Belgium's TV network and the education sector? Might be one of them. Also they are makng an iphone / ipad game.
